I have finally achieved what i had long for many years. I got into the medical school i wanted and i am on top of my class.
John Hopkins medical school was my goal for life since i turned 5. I went to one of my aunt's workplace and found her work
to be very interesting. Aunt told me it wasn't as attractive as it seemed, but i didnt care. i was bright and i was willing to work
very hard. To get what i wanted for so long, i had to sacrifice so many things. I didn't really want friends or social life. It didnt
seem important to me to have a lot of friends and happy social life. There are two lives and we choose either social or academic life.
For me, i chose the better one for me. I have never been to a birthday party. I have never been to a sleepover. I never went to
movies with friends. I had friends, but they were all very superficial people. They would ask me for help on certain subject and
i gave them my help. After that, they never talked to me. I hated people in my school. Those fake, brainless cheerleaders and
football players bored me. i had good families who supported me although
